Our kitchen is a fully dedicated gluten-free, vegan and organic facility. We pride ourselves on using only the freshest ingredients possible - from the almond flour used in our pastries to the fruits and vegetables used in our juices and salads. Everything is made from scratch using whole foods, and we do not use any gums, or refined sugars. Even our chocolate chips are organic, dairy-free/vegan, gluten-free, and only sweetened with stevia. We want to bring you healthful indulgence of the utmost quality.

Joanie Cady is the founder of Linden - a health haven providing organic plant-based foods for exceptional health and beauty. After spending 14 years as an Environmental Planner/Green Building specialist, she switched careers to focus on her passion of health and wellness, and of course, pastries. Linden offers a range of pastries, smoothies + bowls, adaptogenic lattes, toasts, waffles, salads and more. Everything is organic, vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free.

Our commitment to sustainability extends throughout our entire business - from sourcing organic produce, free from pesticides, to our organic fair-trade coffee, and to our packaging materials that are made from recycled content. Even the building materials used in the shop were chosen for their natural raw state, and low VOC paint throughout. We also use natural cleaning products. It's all connected!
